I am dedicating this page to resources that I have used or currently use in my quest to live as healthy and normal a life as possible while staying gluten, dairy and sulfite free. I have some personal preferences as well--organic, nonGMO, locally sourced, Mediterranean focused for better health for me and my husband and low glycemic due to blood sugar problems. If it doesn't apply to your situation--ignore it!
Gluten Free Resources
Bob's Red Mill
GF flours, mixes, oatmeal. Love the GF 1 to 1 flour. I buy the 5 lb bags at Sams and always keep a spare in the freezer. I also eat their GF rolled oats almost every day for breakfast as over night oats or muffins or other tasty dishes. Some products can be bought in bulk right from their web site.
This is my favorite dry pasta. They have a variety of gluten and wheat free organic, non-GMO and certified Kosher pastas. I always have 3 or 4 packages in the pantry. They have shells, spirals, fettucine, spaghetti and many more. I buy them locally at a couple of different stores. Best of all, my non-gluten free hubby loves them.
Gluten Free Mall
This site has a huge catalog of gluten free products that you can purchase directly from them.
There are more and more gluten and dairy free cookbooks on the market everyday. Below is just a selection you can purchase on Amazon. (affiliate links)
Dairy Free Resources
I load up on Daiya GF/DF cheese every time I find it on sale at Sprouts. I keep several bags of the shreds in the freezer. I especially like the pepperjack cheese shreds. The slices are great for sandwiches but they crumble easily. I use the Mozzarella for pizza and salads. Vegan, gluten free, dairy free--and tasty if you can't have the real thing.
Follow Your Heart
These are my favorite nondairy cheese slices. They hold together when you peel off a slice and melt just like real cheese. I especially love the smoked gouda flavor, but I like every one that I have tried. The website has a store locator so you can find them near you.
Go Dairy Free
By Alisa Fleming
This is my favorite dairy free cook book. It has a variety of recipes and every one I have tried so far has been delicious. You may have to modify for gluten free, though it does have many gluten free recipes in it.
